Our church is staffed by few & run by many.  We place a high priority on volunteers in each ministry team and serving committee.  Come, express your gifts and interests in serving the Lord, our community, and the world.

Worship

The Worship Ministry Team provides planning and oversight for regular & special worship gatherings.  Colossians 3:16 informs our selections of music and readings.  The Team works hard to bring a blended style of music for a people of different backgrounds to join together and engage the Lord in vocal praise and adoration from the heart.   Interested in serving through worship?  Reach out to frontoffice@vbcbv.org & request an interview with our worship pastor.

Discipleship

Christians grow better together.  That's why VBC emphasizes LifeGroups, Bible Studies & other ways to connect with oneanother in the Word of God, beyond Sunday. To get connected, reach out to us by e-mailing frontoffice@vbcbv.org 

-LifeGroups: Over 70% of VBC meet regularly as LifeGroups (small groups gathering in homes, coffee shops, or in the church's facility for community & encouragement).  
-Bible Studies: VBC shares an Annual Bible Reading Plan, used by the congregation and provides opportunities for discipleship through participation in a variety of Discovery Bible Study Groups, and D-Groups as well as Bible Study classes available for individuals and families to participate.
